Wine Essentials
What:
If you are interested in the world of red, white and sparkling wine, from the vineyard, through the winery and of course the final product, then you will enjoy this 6 week course! Each week you are guided through a new style while tasting and examining a selection of six premium wines. To top it off, the last session is held at Matilda Bay restaurant where you will have the opportunity to match food and wine. A Saturday vineyard tour at a popular Swan Valley winery and a handy wine tasting guide is also included in the course fee.

Week 4: Sparkling Wine Production
Week 5: Choosing, Cellaring, Serving & Enjoying Wine
Week 6: Wine and Food Experience at Matilda Bay Restaurant
