Emerging White Varietals

'Viognier (vee-on-yeh) and Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio are enjoying immense popularity with Australian wine consumers.  They are both food friendly varieties with enormous food matching potential. This Masterclass will enable participants to better understand the characteristics and flavours of these varieties when grown and produced in Australia and France.
