Why not follow Napoleon’s  wise counsel  and learn what makes Champagne a wine for all occasions?  This first Masterclass for  2010 will be led by Lexie Thompson who represents the Champagne Bureau in Western Australia.   Lexie  will guide you through  a range of champagnes and at the end of the afternoon you will understand what sets Champagne apart from other sparkling wines.
