There is a new wave of Chardonnay rolling through Australia and the best are as good as the top Burgundies from France.

Learn about the basics of Chardonnay viticulture, winemaking and the appellation structure of Burgundy. Then taste eight of the best benchmark examples of Chardonnay styles on the market at the moment, including Vasse Felix ‘Heytesbury’, Leeuwin Estate ‘Art Series’, Patrick Piuze Chablis, Blain Gagnard Chassagne Montrachet, Chateau de Puligny Montrachet Mersault and others.

Included is a superb range of cheeses, and select finger food to match the wine.
