Enjoy locally handcrafted Swan Valley wine and regional degustation dining at Co-Op Dining. Chef Kiren Mainwaring, one of the Swan Valley’s Humane Food Region Ambassadors will serve up a four course menu matched to wines from the Valley. All produce is sustainable, organic or biodynamic. Places are limited at this exclusive dinner with some of the winemakers from the Swan Valley, an event not to be missed.
