Explore the Sweet Wines of the World at Old Bridge Cellars as part of the Wine Education Centre’s theme tasting programme.

You will discover how Botytis Cinerea (Noble Rot) develops and influences the grapes to produce some of the most complex wines in the world. Taste a range of wines from Europe (Germany, France, Hungary and Austria) and Australia (De Bortoli Noble One). Learn about the terroir and winemaking philosophy of these world class regions.

Cass Beeson will prepare a range of cheese and petit four to accompany these sweet wines.
