We provide a unified, influential voice to create opportunities for the fine wine regions of Western Australia.
We work in partnership with national industry and government bodies to strengthen Western Australia’s position as the pre-eminent regional fine wine producing state.
Wines of WA provides stewardship of the industry to support Regional Associations as the custodians of their regional brands.
Industry Advocacy and Representation – Wines of Western Australia works to create opportunities for the state’s fine wine regions. A strong, unified voice is essential in forming partnerships with the agencies that can provide resources required to achieve our collective objectives.
Supporting Regional Associations – Wines of Western Australia helps to create access to the resources Regional Associations require as custodians of their regional brand.
Research Development and Extension – Wines of Western Australia partners with DAFWA, the GWRDC, the AWRI, Curtin University, the UWA and Perth NRM to provide relevant RD&E to industry and to maintain a low bio-security risk environment.
Industry Communication – Wines of Western Australia provides timely and relevant information to industry through regular communication, press releases and an online repository of key industry documents.

Consumer Events – Wines of Western Australia works with CMS events to offer 3 high-value consumer focused events annually.
Co-membership with CCIWA – Members can access CCIWA’s HR and OH&S advice service free of charge. Networking opportunities are also offered to Wines of Western Australia Members.
Australia Post – Members receive discounted postal rates as a part of the Wine Industry agreement with Australia Post.
Workshops and Road Shows - Wines of WA facilitates in depth, essential wine industry workshops. Covering export, e-commerce, employment relations and introducing strategies to reducing winery and vineyard running cost. As well as supporting other third party industry Road Shows and Field Days throughout the year.
