Explore the world of Riesling, considered one of the great varieties that can produce bone dry through to lusciously sweet white wine. Riesling reflects its ‘sense of place’ more than any other variety.
There will be eight wines tasted during the evening, originating from all parts of the world, including Germany, France, Australia (Gt Southern, Tasmania and Clare Valley) and New Zealand.
You will learn the viticultural, winemaking background and the heritage of Riesling.
